Financial Aid
Financing Resources
At Georgia Clinic Healthcare Institute, we are committed to helping students access the financial resources needed to achieve their educational goals. Our financial aid options include interest-free tuition payment plans, private loan opportunities, and partnerships with government workforce development programs. Below are the details of our financial aid offerings:
We offer interest-free tuition payment plans to help students manage their educational expenses. These plans allow students to divide their tuition into smaller, manageable payments spread across the academic term.
Eligibility: Available to all enrolled students in good academic standing.
Terms: Payment amounts will be determined based on total tuition and fees owed after down-payment. Students must enroll in the payment plan prior to the start of the academic term. Student will not be allowed to attend class at GCHI unless all accounts are current. Student will not receive certificate, diploma or transcripts until all accounts are paid in full.
Fees: No interest will be charged. Late fees apply after set extension period. Additional fees may apply if the student defaults. No penalty will apply for pre-pay of the total amount owed.
For students needing additional financial assistance, we work with reputable private lenders such as Meritize Funding LLC to offer loan options with competitive interest rates.
Meritize Funding offers merit-based loan options, which consider academic history, military service, or work experience in the approval process.
Interest Rates: Rates range depending on the lender and the student’s credit history.
Eligibility: Students must meet the lender's criteria, which may include a credit check and/or co-signer.
Repayment Terms: Loan repayment begins according to the lender's guidelines, which may include deferred payment options while enrolled in school.
Select programs at GCHI are approved for funding under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) through WorkSource Georgia. This program provides financial assistance for eligible students pursuing high-demand careers.
Eligibility: Students must meet WIOA criteria, including residency, financial need, and enrollment in an eligible program.
Application Process: Students must contact their local WorkSource Georgia office to complete the application process. The institution will assist with necessary documentation.
Covered Costs: WIOA funding may cover tuition, fees, books, and other educational expenses.
